Here at Sounds Good Stereo, we do not stock every item in the car stereo industry. With our retail store, sometimes it’s hard to predict out of stock items. With that being said, if the item is in stock, it will ship the same day. If the item happens to be out of stock, we will let you know and give you an accurate ETA on the arrival of your item which is usually within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Yes! Pickup times can vary on the product and if the item is at our retail store. It’s best to call our retail store to confirm the best time to pick up your items.
The products and brands selected as “Local Pickup Only” are products that we only offer in-store at our Nashville, TN location. In the future, we might offer them online, but if it says local pickup only, we will not ship those items. If its something you really want, consider driving to our store or even flying in for a day to talk about the gear you’re interested in.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days from purchase, you may return complete and like-new products to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
